Boren brings a unique blend of developer insight, market experience, and a deeply relational, client-first approach to every property decision.
He began his career in the automobile industry before spending over five years managing businesses for a local property developer. Having worked on Executive Condominiums, luxury residential, and hospitality developments both locally and overseas, he offers clients an insider’s understanding of how developers assess value, pricing, and long-term growth potential.
This experience allows him to identify opportunities with strong potential for capital appreciation and sustainable rental yield, helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions across every stage of their property journey.

Known for his patient, grounded, and sincere style, Boren takes time to understand each client’s priorities, concerns, and long-term goals before offering any recommendation. Outside of real estate, Boren enjoys spending time with his family, including his young son. He also leads an active lifestyle, enjoying padel tennis, golf, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Xinyi
Xinyi brings a rare combination of macroeconomic expertise, rigorous financial analysis, and a deeply personal, client-first approach to every property decision.
She began her career as an Economist at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where she developed a strong foundation in macroeconomic trends and policy impacts on the market. Today, she applies this lens to guide clients through an increasingly complex market — grounding every recommendation in data, market cycles, and forward-looking analysis rather than short-term sentiment.
At the heart of her approach is a simple belief: real estate should never feel transactional — it should feel understood.
Shaped by her own experience as a homebuyer, Xinyi built her practice around one guiding principle — Comfort in every property decision. She takes time to understand not just what clients want to buy or sell, but where they are in life, what matters to them, and what they are ultimately working towards. Her role is not to push decisions, but to bring clarity, reduce uncertainty, and ensure clients feel confident and supported at every step.
A key part of her process is rigourous financial analysis and scenario planning, helping clients evaluate different pathways, risks, and outcomes before moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Xinyi has a particular passion for working with first-time buyers, recognising how overwhelming entering the market can feel. Her experience also spans a wide range of clients — from HDB owners planning their upgrade, to private homeowners reviewing long-term options, and those navigating more complex situations such as portfolio restructuring or challenging sales.
Having worked across Singapore’s CCR, RCR, and OCR regions, Xinyi brings a well-rounded understanding of how different market segments behave and where opportunities may lie.
Known for her calm, thoughtful approach and strong sense of responsibility, Xinyi focuses not just on what works — but also on what to walk away from. At the core of her work is a commitment to ensure every client feels informed, intentional, and at ease in one of life’s most important decisions.
Outside of work, Xinyi enjoys spending time with her family, including her young son and their maltipoo, staying active through padel tennis and reformer pilates, and travelling.
